Booking Policies

How do I book?

All booking for new clients is done via our booking site. At the top of our website you will find “Make an Appointment”. This will lead you to Schedulicity. Once there, scroll to eyelash extensions. You can pick from a classic, hybrid, or volume fullset. All new clients MUST book through the scheduling site. A credit card is asked to hold your appointment. Please make sure to input your correct phone number. Mitsy will reach out to you to receive a picture of you for your custom lash design.

Please note that we do not work behind another lash artist. If you have lashes from another lash artist, a removal will be required. A removal is free of charge when getting a fullset.

Booking Policies

  • A credit card is required to book any appointment.

  • We understand that life happens and you may have to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. In the event that we are notified less than 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment.

  • If you no show an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment and blocked from scheduling in the future.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you 50% of the cost of your appointment.

  • Lash infill policy: If more than 50% of your lash extensions have detached or have grown out you will be charged for a fullset. If you schedule an infill more than four weeks since your last appointment, you will be charged for a fullset.

  • By booking an appointment you agree to all policies above.
